  Truly awful! 1. Placed my order with the company on April 22nd 2017 2. Chased my orders whereabouts on the 29th April 2017 (no response) 3. Chased my orders whereabouts on the 3rd May 2017 (no response) 4. Called the customer service telephone number where I was informed my parcel was in the warehouse and would definitely be delivered the the next day 5. Received an email later that day from the same representative who told me he had forgot to post my order but it would 'definitely' be done the next dat 6. Received an email the next day saying that my clubs were not yet in stock from the manufacturer??? (despite being told he had 'put his hands on my order' less than 48 hours before!) 7. Requested a refund due to the entire experience & lack of faith anything would end up being delivered! 4th May 2017 (no response) 8. Requested confirmation my order had been cancelled & refund processed on 6th May 2017 (no response) 9. Requested confirmation my order had been cancelled & refund processed on 7th May (no response) 10. Contacted AMEX and registered the transaction as 'fraudulent' due to the lack of info/response (9th May 2017) Shocking service from start-to-finish. Dishonest customer service representatives, awful communication, will not be using them EVER again!
